The location just a short walk from the central station was ideal for us as bike riders. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations during our stay. Antonella, the receptionist, was particularly fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. She even turned on the air conditioning in our room beforehand to make it more comfortable.
Felt completely secure and had no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to access. It is located right across the street from the station, allowing for a quick and convenient arrival and departure. The hotel is situated in the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast options are satisfactory, with warm bread and great coffee available.
One aspect that could be improved is the limited choice of foods for breakfast.

I had a great stay at Hotel Hermes for 3 nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and the center of historic Florence. The staff was really nice and went above and beyond to accommodate me, even allowing me to pay the city tax by card when I didn't have cash. The room was simple but comfortable, and the shared bathroom was clean. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, so I could easily find a good meal nearby.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great location, just minutes from the train station and within walking distance to all the attractions. Very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Clean shared bathrooms with minimal waiting time.
Noisy street, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. Inconsistent WiFi, had to sit near the lobby to get a connection.
